Как да направим супа с гъби:
В тенджера слагаме картофите нарязани на кубчета, морковите и лука нарязани на едро.
Покриваме зеленчуците с вода, посоляваме и варим 25 минути на умерен котлон.
През това време задушаваме гъбите в сгорещеното масло с малко зехтин, за 8 минути на умерен котлон.
Овкусяваме ги със сол и черен пипер.
Пасираме сварените зеленчуци, добавяме гъбите и сметаната.
