Рецепта за вкусни палачинки с кайма! Солени палачинки идеални за закуска, обяд или вечеря! Децата ми обожават тази рецепта за вкусни палачинки

Съставки

Прясно мляко – 500 мл
Яйца – 4 бр
Захар – 1 супена лъжица
Сол – 1/4 чаена лъжица
Олио – 20 мл
Брашно – 170-200 гр
Кайма – 250 г
Лук – 1 бр
Черен пипер

Начин на приготвяне

Наливаме прясното мляко в купа, добавяме яйцата, солта, захарта и олиото. Разбъркваме добре. Пресяваме брашното и разбъркваме до получаването на хомогенна смес. С помощта на черпак вземаме от сместа и запичаме палачинките от двете страни за по 1 минута на умерен котлон. Разрязваме всяка палачинка по средата. Приготвяме плънката, като нарежем лука на много ситно. Смесваме каймата и лука, овкусяваме със сол и черен пипер. Намазваме с тънък слой всяка палачинка и навивам на триъгълник. Запичаме палачинките на тиган от двете страни до златисто.
