По неофициална информация всички доказателства сочат, че майка им е извършител на двойното убийство, след което е опитала да се самоубие. Жената беше задържана вчера.
Очаква се от окръжната прокуратура да поискат налагането от съда на най-тежката мярка за неотклонение, задържане под стража.
Днес от Софийска окръжна прокуратура е повдигнато обвинение на майката за убийство на две малолетни деца – рождените ѝ син на 11 г. и дъщеря на 5 г.. Децата са намерени в дома им в безпомощно състояние, с множество прорезни рани в областта на шията. Нападението е извършено най-вероятно с нож.
На майката е повдигнато обвинение, за което Наказателният кодекс предвижда най-тежките наказания: от 15 г. до 20 г. лишаване от свобода; доживотен затвор; или доживотен затвор без замяна.
Със жената се провеждат беседи, при които тя е уточнила механизма и мотива за извършване на деянието. Тя е искала да сложи край на живота си, но е смятала, че ако нея я няма, децата ѝ няма как да продължат да живеят сами. Това е довело до тяхното убийство.
В полицията не са постъпвали сигнали за домашно насилие за това семейство.
