В четвъртък заместник-министъра на вътрешните работи, Любомир Йосифов, каза в Парламента, че през 2023 г. Пепи Еврото е снет от издирване с решение на съда.
От Софийски градски съд отговориха, че не са сваляли от издирване в Интерпол бившия следовател. От съда обясняват още, че по случая Пепи Еврото единствено са отказали да издадат европейска заповед за арест. Тоест, ако бъде установен в държава-членка на ЕС, той няма да бъде задържан.
Това, което се знае до момента е, че бившият следовател е обявен за общодържавно издирване от 2023 г.. Тогава и МВР и Прокуратурата съобщиха, че той се издирва и от Интерпол с червена бюлетина.
Към момента Пепи Еврото е подсъдим за документна измама в особено големи размери, свързана с казуса „8-те джуджета“.
