Поставяме в купа с топла вода сушените чушки за няколко часа.
Нарязваме зелените чушки и лука и ги слагаме в тенджера под налягане с малко зехтин. Готвим на умерен котлон за 8-10 минути. Добавяме сушените чушки, доматения сос и червения пипер. Разбъркваме.
Заливаме с вода и добавяме свинските крака, затваряме тенджерата и оставяме да ври 40 минути на умерен котлон.

Печене на свинските крака
След като се свари, изваждаме свинските крака и ги поставяме в тава с хартия за печене. Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 200ºС за 25 минути.

Пържене на картофите и пасиране на соса
Оставяме бульона в тенджерата на поизстине и го пасираме с блендер, до получаване на хомогенна смес. Обелваме и нарязваме картофите и ги запържваме в тиган с малко зехтин. Овкусяваме със сол, магданоз и нарязаните на ситно скилидки чесън.

Изваждаме свинските крака от фурната, сервираме ги в чинии, като към тях добавяме от картофите и поливаме със соса соса.
