Необходими съставки за памук погача

Брашно – 800 г.
Суха мая за хляб – 8 г.
Захар – 1 супена лъжица
Вода – 400 мл.
Масло – 80 г.
Сол – 1 чаена лъжица

За намазваме

Жълтък, разтопено масло и прясно мляко

Как да си направим памук погача

Замесваме меко тесто от изброените съставки по-горе.
Оставяме го да втаса за 1 час.
Разточваме тестото на дебела кора.
С помощта на ринг или чаша изрязваме кръгчета, които нареждаме в намаслена тава, като ги застъпваме леко едно с друго.
От останалото тесто изрязваме кръгчета с по-малък диаметър.
Нареждаме ги в центъра на тавата по същият начин, като ги застъпваме леко. В центъра поставяме една малка топка от тестото.
Покриваме памук погачата и изчакваме 1 час, да втаса.
Намазваме с жълтък, разбит с малко разтопено масло и прясно мляко.
Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 180°C за 50 минути.
След като извадим памук погачата от фурната, я намазваме с разтопено масло.
