Картофи – 2 бр
Лук – 1 бр
Целина – 2 стръка
Моркови – 2 бр
Червена чушка – 1 бр
Зелена чушка – 1 бр
Чесън – 2 скилидки
Зеленчуков бульон – 1 л
Фиде – 40 г
Черен пипер – 1 чаена лъжица
Риган – 1 чаена лъжица
Магданоз
Сол – 1 чаена лъжица
Зехтин – 20 мл
Начин на приготвяне
Нарязваме всички зеленчуци и ги поставяме в тенджера.
Покриваме ги с вода, посоляваме и добавяме зехтина.
Готвим 15 минути.
След това прибавяме зеленчуковия бульон.
Овкусяваме с черен пипер и риган.
Добавяме фидето.
Варим супата 12 минути.
След като изключим котлона поръсваме магданоз.
По желание може да застройте супата с жълтък и кисело мляко.
