Олио или зехтин – 1 супена лъжица
Масло – 10 г
Настърган кашкавал – 50 г
Сол
Черен пипер
Пъдпъдъчи яйца – 3 бр

Начин на приготвяне
Увиваме всеки картоф в алумиево фолио, без да ги белим.
Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 200°С за 50 минути.
Запържваме нарязания на ситно лук в сгорещени зехтин и масло до златисто.
Изсипваме лука в купа. Изваждаме картофите от фурната и оставяме да изстинат малко.
Разрязваме картофите наполовина по дължина.
С помощта на лъжица издълбаваме вътрешността им, която добавяме към лука.
Добавяме кашкавала и овкусяваме със сол и черен пипер.
Разбъркваме добре.
Поставяме от плънката във всеки картоф, като в средата правим малка вдлъбнатина.
Поставяме по едно яйце.
Печем картофите за 10 минути на 200°C. Поръсваме с магданоз.
