Как да приготвим пухкав и сочен кекс:
В купа смесваме яйцата, захарта, ваниловата захар, солта и разбъркваме. Наливаме олиото, добавяме киселото мляко и разбъркваме отново. Наливаме прясно изцедения лимонов сок и настъргваме лимоновата кора. Смесваме добре всички съставки. Пресяваме брашното и бакпулвера. Разбъркваме и изсипваме сместа в набрашнена форма за кекс. Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 180°C за 40 минути. Изваждаме кекса от формата и го оставяме да поизстине малко. След това го намазваме с конфитюр по желание и поръсваме с кокосови стърготини.
