Как да си направим домашно масло:
Наливаме сметаната в купа и разбиваме с миксер, докато удвои обема си. Отделяме с помощта на шпатула разбитата сметана от стените на купата. След това продължаваме да разбиваме с миксер, докато сместа се отдели от течността. Прехвърляме в цедка и отделяме течността. Изплакваме със студена вода получената смес в цедката. След това с ръце притискаме полученото масло, за да се отдели водата. Поставяме маслото в блендер, добавяме ситно нарязания копър и скилидките чесън. Овкусяваме със сол и черен пипер. Смесваме добре всички съставки. Поставяме маслото върху стреч фолио и го увиваме. Прибираме в хладилник за 1 час.
Забележка: От 1 литър сметана получих – 380 гр. масло.
