70 мл прясно мляко
80 гр орехи
За крема:
2 яйца
50 г захар
40 г нишесте
500 мл прясно мляко
Как да направим ябълкова торта с крем:
1. Обелете и нарежете ябълките на малки кубчета. Сложете ги в купа, поръсете със сок от лимон и 2 супени лъжици захар. Добавете канела на вкус и оставете да престоят, докато приготвите тестото.
2. В голяма купа разбийте 3 яйца с 100 гр захар и щипка сол, докато станат пухкави. Добавете олиото и прясното мляко. Разбъркайте добре. В отделна купа смесете брашното, бакпулвера и ванилията. Постепенно добавяйте сухите съставки към течната смес, като разбърквате, докато получите гладко тесто.
3. Изсипете половината количество от тестото в намазнена тава за печене. Разпределете нарязаните ябълки равномерно върху тестото. Изсипете останалото тесто отгоре и загладете повърхността.
4. Печете в предварително загрята фурна на 180°C за 40 минути или докато стане златисто кафява и клечка за зъби, забодена в центъра, излезе чиста.
