Начин на приготвяне:
В купа смесваме киселото мляко, меда и маята. Покриваме купата и оставяме за 5 минути. След това добавяме яйцето и разбъркваме. Пресяваме брашното, добавяме солта и разбъркваме с шпатула до гладкост. Наливаме олиото към тестото и го омесваме добре с ръце. Покриваме тестото и го оставяме за 1 час на топло място. Поръсваме масата с брашно и изсипваме тестото. оформяме го на топка и го разделяме на 12 равни части. Всяка част оформяме на топче. Покриваме топчетата тесто и ги оставяме да починат за 15 минути. Правим разрез върху всяко топче тесто и ги намазваме с разбит жълтък с прясно мляко. Печем хлебчетата в предварително загрята фурна на 180°C за 25 минути.
